Pulsation ("the App") is a wellbeing mobile application that offers short, calming micro-actions.

1. Data We Collect

Pulsation stores limited in-app data locally on your device to support core functionality, such as:

• event logs (for example, when a signal is collected or an intervention outcome is recorded),
• safety state (for example, daily limits and time since the last intervention),
• an outcomes profile used to choose and rotate micro-actions over time.

At this time, Pulsation does not require account registration.

The App uses your device language setting only to show the interface in English or Ukrainian. This preference is not sent to our servers.

2. How We Use Data

Local data is used to:

• choose which micro-action to suggest next,
• avoid repeating the same intervention too often,
• apply gentle in-app limits (stored locally).

2a. Notifications

If you allow notifications, Pulsation may schedule a local reminder on your device after the app has been in the background for a while (about 20 minutes). The reminder is generated on your phone; we do not send marketing push messages from a server.

3. Data Sharing

Pulsation does not sell your personal data.

Pulsation does not share your local app data with third parties for advertising.

4. Tracking

Pulsation does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the App.

Pulsation does not track you across other apps or websites.

5. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on-device using local application storage (SQLite).

While no method of storage is perfectly secure, Pulsation is designed to keep this data on your device.

6. Your Choices

You may stop using the App at any time.

You may remove locally stored app data by uninstalling the App from your device.

7. Children's Privacy

Pulsation is not directed to children under 13.
